The Secret Garden is intended to convey hope and a new beginning. Nestled inside the Kobako is a baby quilt from the Amish community of quilters in Pennsylvania. The structure – when seen from the side – seems to float with no obvious attachment in the same way a baby bassinet is suspended. Only when the lid is lifted does one see that the outer walls support the inner walls.
